Here is a Fall Flush Shopping List. Be sure to buy all organic, fresh fruits and vegetables in amounts based on how many people you’ll be serving.





apples, pears, grapes, ginger root, avocados

radishes, cucumbers, kale, sprouts, beets, celery, mixed greens, micro greens, sprouts, potatoes, cauliflower, broccoli/cabbage/bok choy(your preference), scallions, carrots, spinach, garlic, onions, sweet potatoes, winter squashes



herbs like parsley, cilantro

lentils, brown basmati rice, rolled oats or steel cut,

Cinnamon or Harvest Blend, Ghee or high-nutrient organic butter

Walnuts, pumpkin seeds

Extra virgin olive oil, first cold pressed

Pastured poultry, wild-caught Alaskan salmon, canned sardines, tofu (for vegetarians)

fresh pastured eggs

(optional) organic plain yogurt, fresh sauerkraut, kimchi
