Sample meals:

Baked potato with broccoli/cauliflower and ghee

Piece of fish/chicken with cooked asparagus/cabbage/broccoli, over 1/3 cup brown basmati rice

Lentil Stew over sauteed spinach, garlic and rice

Raw Beet Salad (recipe to follow)

Juicing can be a key component to a fall flush but can take some time. Best vegetables to juice are:

kale, apples, celery, ginger, lemons, beets, carrots, spinach, cucumbers

If you don’t have time to juice then order a juice pack or two from the company, Rijuice (Healthy Living Marketplace)

They are raw organic juices made fresh daily. They last 72-96 hours (although they can be served later because they still taste great, the nutritional value decreases with time.)
