Juicing can be a key component to a fall flush but can take some time. Best vegetables to juice are:
kale, apples, celery, ginger, lemons, beets, carrots, spinach, cucumbers
If you don’t have time to juice then order a juice pack or two from the company, Rijuice (Healthy Living Marketplace) https://www.localfoodmarketplace.com/healthylivingmarketplace/Products.aspx.
They are raw organic juices made fresh daily. They last 72-96 hours (although they can be served later because they still taste great, the nutritional value decreases with time.)
