Whether you have gone through our weight management program and need some periodic check in times, or you are just trying to stay on top of a healthy eating regimen, this 4 Season Personal Eating Plan is an easy way to help you stay accountable and on track and to connect with others who are trying to eat a healthy diet. While you enjoy your meal you will work on creating a personal eating plan that will carry you through the hot summer season and and right into late summer and fall. This is the time to lighten it up for summer and enjoy all the watery salads, vegetables and fruit.  This seasonal planning will keep you on top of conscious eating patterns, and congruent with the bounty of each season. Eating whole foods with the seasons helps to keep you in tune to the vibrational changes that occur all around and helps keep you in touch with your nutritional needs through mindful body awareness.
